She is nice and I have visited her for several years. Her clinic is newly decorated recently. If I were the nurse, I would not let the toilet for other to use.

My grandma went to fix her tooth and arrived the clinic the early morning, but Doc Lo was late for more than an hour without any apology.

I understand their washroom is only for private use for hygenic reasons, but I notice they will not treat their customers as their main focus. It was raining heavily outside, and the nurse refuse to let the disable patient to use the wash room.

With a poor customer service and average performance, I will not come to this clinic again
